About
Today I want to talk about how organizations evolve.

Most organizations evaluate people by role. That's useful for clarifying who holds what authority.

But it can't make judgments that see the whole picture. The next stage is organizations built on distributed power. Sharing authority is real progress. But in practice, it often just means digitizing equity. And even when everyone appears to agree, dissenting voices can quietly disappear beneath the surface — a risk that's easy to miss.Go further, and you find organizations that shift voting rights entirely. Letting go of control is a big step.

But there's a gap here too: no mechanism decides where that power goes next, or who watches over it. And the data behind these decisions still tends to be limited to the past and the present.

So what's actually needed?A new kind of team, built on thinking and possibility, tuned to the times we're in. The ability to sense change before it arrives, and build a long-term vision around it.Judgment grounded in ethics — and the ability to defend it.A way to measure value that financial statements can't capture: the value of thinking, of possibility. And a mechanism that redirects voting rights toward long-term contribution.

Where all of this points is toward the right kind of rich inefficiency.Distributed systems, digital tools, and AI used fairly — combined with humanity's own capacity to sense the future.

Put those together, and a new kind of node and cluster starts to take shape. What supports it: forward-looking indicators, and an ecosystem for evaluating them. And human thinking itself becomes the next form of wealth.
